I’ve spent most of this evening playing cs reading through friend’s and random’s journals. There are so many. It’s wierd, when I look at mine, its basically crap. Most of the things I post are far from what I really feel, but more superficial and less personal issues. I guess that’s what’s gonna happen with a public journal. You only post things you want people to read. But then again, some posts are personal, and have no meaning to anyone else. Mabey every post is like that. Its like posting lyrics on a irc channel. no one really cares, cos its only you that is experiencing the track. So, is there any point to these journal things? Yes. I think I’m going to refrain from posting crap about what I did on the weekend. Cos ultimately, I know no one really cares. No, i’m sure I have some great friends that care, but really, in essence, they’d prefer only to read the comical and amusing situations I experience or cause. I think it’s important how some can announce their feelings or opinions without being overrun by others, which occurs on media like…. irc or forums. its a bit like your own personal PR. heh, personal personal relations.

ive had some randoms come onto irc looking for me recently. just people out of the blue. this makes me think. shit. strangers are reading this crap i write. I guess, it would be nice to only post completely amusing or deeply inspiring texts, but as I wasdiscussing with a mate, most of the time, the best posts or thoughts are created no where near the keyboard.

I keep on heading in this direction of “so why bother posting”. Well cos we can.

Im still unsure of which direction I’ll take my site. but id say it will remain basically the same as it is now. the people seem to mainly enjoy the funnehs, rants and discussionary pieces. So ill try and cut the crap. I think. Mabey its all crap.

Someone pointed out this thread/journo thing. It’s from a lady that works in a porn video ezy kinda store. It’s very long, and very interesting. It’s refreshing to read something from a woman where they discuss things openly and with forward thought withoutjumping on the feminist-pr0n-is-degrading-fucking-annoying-bitching-for-no-reason-and-no-attempt-at-justifiying-your-point-of-view badwagon. I’m not sure on what my stance is on porn, but I think, as I do like the concepts she talks about, that my opinions would be alike. I like the last post on the second page. The thread is funny, intruiging, insightful and intelligent. Have a read. It only took me an hour :p

apart from that, i feel shit. found out i have to spend just under a grand of green to fix the clutch and service the car. cars are lame.

i try to save my dosh to travel, but every time i get somewhere something like this comes up…. now the parents are asking for money for things like internet. fuck, you use it too.

What a day.

Got up early and headed off to drop the car off to get tinted. The guys down at TintPlus did a great job. I thought it would be darker, but after washing the car this arvo, i can see it really is quite dark. much darker inside and alot cooler.

i also noticed whilst washing my car that some retard must have dragged a coin or something against the side of my car… prob when i was at work. why the fuck would you vandalise a car? god damn thats weak.

anyway…

whilst i was getting the riceline tinted, i met up with kewn for a movie. we decided to see dirty deeds in gold class. real fucking classy film. fucking nice story and chars n shit. needed more one liners.

after that kewn and i went off to do some photocopying, and then he realised he lost his keys, but we couldnt check the cinema cos there was another session on.. his mum needed the car too…. he got owned. so like we went around to spotlight and other gay havens to procure some shit for the trupp. he found the keys later.

so i came home.
