Ok so like im in a course “module” called “Computing Fundamentals”. lol. Yup, its “this is a mouse” and “this is how you make a folder”.
Anyway, i went through the practical exrcises and did the “theory” test.

This now means i have the rest of the week off because i can touch type, no keyboarding classes for me and no Computing Fundamentals n00b b0×0r sk|llz.

48 hours. 24 hours of Work. 6 hours sleep. What happened in the 18 hours? No fucking idea.
What a beautiful day it was today. Perfectly clear sky. Perfect temperature. Driving home this morning around 6am was bliss. Open freeway, clear and dry weather.
Then why the fuck did half the popn. of Logan come to the coffee club today? Why not go out in the sun? fuckin.

When im at work, we get B105. Nothing else is allowed. Ok?
B105 is lame. Get some music skills. I do not understand how my city’s “Best” music can be defined by 0.0000001% of the worlds music being played over and over. The same tracks everyday. How can people stand this? And of this miniscule amount of crap music, the so called “Brisbane’s Best music”, non of it really comes from brisbane. Savage Garden? Sif. Powderfinger? pffft, Do i hear any Double Alergic? No. They play tracks that brisbane hasnt heard in ages. Like last week? How does the general brisbane popn. listen and tolerate this excuse for musical broadcasting? (TripleM is just as bad.)Even JJJ is getting lame, but still its yards ahead. When i was in europe, the “pop” or generic radio stations didnt claim they had variety or played the best music because they didnt have to. They played the current popular tracks enough, they played old tracks, recent tracks etc etc. Not just a handfull of songs that get played every single day. The pop industry may be just for the money and be pretty damn shallow, but B105 is the KKK to the Pop music industry. It’s like having to watch the same episode of a soapie over and over again.
Whats the deal with this Rumba festival? Purely pop artists at a festival? Did someone say 1 song sets? Did someone say Lip sync?
Most of the bands on the list seem to only have one single, not even an album. How do they play for the normal 40-60 min set?!@ Id like to go though, just to see the kiddies. Rice my festival day.
Why is there so much Hip Hop and RnB nowadays in the top 40? When i was in high school, such music was denounced. Only for the Homey Gs. Demographics?

It’s been well over 6 months since i have gone into the city. Last night was Nicole from work’s birthday and it felt really good to go out again. I had some good conversations that in some ways, really brought somethings into perspective. I think i got brought back to earth again.
I noticed the standard of dress has gone down even in just 6 months. Sure it was student night, but iirc, you couldnt get into club without the collar and black leather shoes. Oh, and whats the deal with chicks wearing these pants with the string ties all the way down the side of the pants. It seemed only the fat skanky ones wore them, making them look like a smoked ham.
I start at Sarina Russo next week. I have no f’ing idea what to expect. I guess to a degree it is a TAFE so hopefully it isnt too hard. What i cant understand, is how they fill up 20 weeks of 9 till 4. I’m sure they find something for me to do.
